A new pipe inside the old one, without digging.
Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining creates a new pipe inside your damaged one, with no trench. The cured liner is a smooth, jointless new surface, resistant to roots, corrosion, and future cracks, and rated for 50+ years. Most lining projects are completed in a single day, and your yard stays intact.
Every job starts and ends with a camera inspection, so you see the exact problem before any repair and the finished result after.
How CIPP lining works.
One or two small access points, no trench, and usually done in a day from camera inspection to final cure and verification.
- 1
Camera inspection
We inspect the line on camera and show you the footage, so you see the exact problem before any repair.
- 2
Liner in
A flexible liner saturated with epoxy resin is inserted through an existing cleanout.
- 3
Inflate & cure
The liner is inflated against the pipe wall and cured into a smooth, jointless new pipe.
- 4
Camera verification
A final camera inspection shows you the finished result.
Roots, cracks, and aging clay or cast iron.
Lining works best when damage is distributed through the pipe, not a single catastrophic collapse.
- Tree-root intrusion
Roots find pipe joints, expand, and crack the pipe. Lining seals every joint and creates a root-resistant interior surface: a lasting fix instead of repeat jetting.
- Cracked or corroded pipe
Older homes in Torino, River Park, and 1970s to 90s PSL neighborhoods often have aging clay or cast-iron sewer lines at end of life. Lining restores them without excavation.
- Joint separation & slow drains
Soil settling separates pipe sections at joints; chronic backups that keep returning after snaking or jetting point to a structural cause. Lining bridges gaps and addresses the cause, not the symptom.
Lining vs. traditional replacement.
Traditional replacement digs a trench the full length of the pipe, destroying lawn, shrubs, and hardscape and taking several days. Lining needs only one or two small access points, leaves your yard intact, and is usually done in a day.
A properly installed liner can outlast the original pipe around it. It reduces inner diameter by only about a quarter inch, with no meaningful impact on flow for residential sewer lines.
If a pipe has fully collapsed or is severely misaligned, we'll recommend targeted spot excavation instead, and if your supply lines need whole-home replacement, repiping is the better route. We assess your specific situation and recommend honestly.

(772) 218-2669How do I know if my line needs lining or full replacement?
A video camera inspection tells us definitively: we can see cracks, root intrusion, joint separation, and overall condition. If the structure is largely intact with distributed damage, lining is typically appropriate. A full collapse or severe misalignment may need spot excavation. We show you the footage and walk through the recommendation before any work.
Does pipe lining work under a slab foundation?
Yes, and it's particularly valuable under slabs because it avoids breaking concrete. We access the pipe through an existing cleanout, insert and cure the liner, and restore flow without touching the slab. That makes it ideal for PSL homes where the sewer line runs under the foundation.
How long does a lined pipe last?
CIPP liners are designed to last 50 years or more when properly installed. The epoxy creates a smooth, seamless interior resistant to the roots, corrosion, and cracking that affect aging clay and cast iron. Most manufacturers provide a performance warranty.
Will I need to leave my home during the work?
For most residential lining jobs, water service is interrupted only during the repair, typically a few hours, and you don't need to vacate. We give you a clear timeline up front, and most jobs are done in a single day from camera inspection to final cure and verification.
