Most dripping faucets are fixed by replacing a worn cartridge, O-ring, or seat washer, parts that wear out over time on any brand. We repair all common types (ball, cartridge, ceramic disc, compression) and service Moen, Delta, Kohler, American Standard, and Price Pfister. If a long-ignored drip has caused damage under the sink, we address that too.
A faucet dripping once per second wastes roughly 3,000 gallons a year, so it's worth repairing promptly. Most repairs are same-day or next-day.

Florida sun and salt air corrode outdoor bibs: drips, stem leaks, valves that won't shut. We replace hose bibs and frost-free sillcocks, typically in under an hour per fixture.

Planning a refresh? We install complete fixture packages (faucets, supply lines, drain assemblies, and shutoff valves) and coordinate with your contractor or tile installer if you're mid-renovation. We also handle new dishwasher or refrigerator water-line connections.

In most cases, yes: repairs are typically same-day or next-day. We carry the most common cartridges and repair parts for Moen, Delta, Kohler, and American Standard on our trucks. Less common brands may need a part ordered.
Should I repair or replace my old faucet?
If the faucet is more than 15 to 20 years old, replacement is usually the better value: a new one includes a full warranty, uses less water, and looks far better. If it's relatively new and just a part failed, repair is the right move.
Do you install faucets I supply myself?
Yes. If you've bought the faucet you want, we'll install it including all supply-line and drain connections. We'll let you know before installing if there's any compatibility issue with your existing plumbing.
Can you replace an outdoor hose bib that won't shut off?
Yes, usually a 30 to 60 minute job per fixture. We replace corroded or leaking outdoor faucets with code-compliant frost-free models, and repair or replace the shutoff valve behind the bib if it's corroded too.
