Based in Port St. Lucie

Top Notch Plumbing & Backflow Services is based right here in Port St. Lucie — not a franchise, not a call center. We serve every community in PSL, from Tradition to Sandpiper Bay, from St. Lucie West to River Park, with one licensed in-house crew: the plumber who quotes your job is the plumber who does it.

Port St. Lucie covers a lot of ground, and each neighborhood has its own plumbing character — 1970s waterfront homes with galvanized pipe, 1990s copper systems entering the slab-leak window, and brand-new master-planned builds on their first water heaters. Being local means we already know what a given street is likely to need before we pull into the driveway.

And because we're a Florida state-certified contractor, we pull permits and schedule city inspections on all permitted work, and we file your backflow compliance with St. Lucie County Utilities. Verify our license, CFC1426983, at the Florida DBPR.

Neighborhood by neighborhood

Every Port St. Lucie community we cover.

The City of Port St. Lucie spans everything from 1960s waterfront lots to brand-new developments. Here's what each area tends to need — and what we see most.

2004–present

Tradition

Port St. Lucie's newest master-planned community, minutes from our base. Even homes past the 10–15-year mark develop issues — the most common calls here are tankless water-heater upgrades on aging builder-grade units and annual irrigation backflow compliance for HOA homes.

1980s–2000s

St. Lucie West

One of PSL's most established corridors, dense residential and commercial along St. Lucie West Boulevard. Late-1980s–90s homes are now 25–35 years old, so slab leaks in copper systems, aging drain lines, and one of the highest concentrations of irrigation backflow accounts in the city keep us busy here year-round.

1990s–2000s

PGA Village

PSL's premier gated golf community. Homes are 20–30 years into service — late-1990s copper is entering the slab-leak window and builder-grade water heaters are reaching end of life. We come with full HOA documentation and pull all permits.

1978–1995

Torino

An established residential neighborhood minutes from our base. Slab leaks are the number-one call — 1980s copper is at or past its lifespan. The earliest homes have galvanized steel that corrodes from the inside, and mature landscaping means 30-year-old sewer lines see regular root intrusion.

1970s–1980s

Sandpiper Bay

One of PSL's original neighborhoods, with waterfront and canal-front homes along the North Fork of the St. Lucie River. These are some of the oldest homes in the city — prime candidates for galvanized-to-PEX repiping, high slab-leak risk, and accelerated fixture corrosion on the waterfront.

1990s–2000s

Savanna Club

A well-kept community where dependable, trust-based service matters most. The bread-and-butter here is water-heater service and replacement, clean drip and fixture repairs, and annual backflow testing.

1960s–1970s

River Park

Some of the oldest plumbing in the area — original systems, well setups on some lots, and cast-iron drain lines. That means repiping, drain-line replacement, and careful leak detection before anything gets cut.

Backflow compliance

Backflow testing in Port St. Lucie

Port St. Lucie properties with irrigation systems must have their backflow preventer tested annually by a certified tester, as required by St. Lucie County Utilities. Top Notch handles the test, any repair, and the paperwork filed with your utility — for PVB, RPZ, and DCVA assemblies. Got a compliance notice? Send it over and we'll take it start to finish.
