  • Florida state-certified, CFC1426983
  • Licensed & insured, in-house crew

Aging pipes, replaced with PEX.

We repipe with modern PEX, cross-linked polyethylene that's corrosion-resistant, flexible, and rated for 50+ years in Florida's water conditions. After a repipe, clean new supply lines mean the best water quality and pressure your home has ever had.

Most Port St. Lucie homes are repiped in 1 to 2 days, with water off only during active work hours.

Signs your home needs repiping.

  • Rusty or discolored water, especially at the hot tap first thing in the morning
  • Low water pressure throughout the house, not just one fixture
  • Multiple pipe leaks in different spots over a short period
  • Galvanized steel pipe over 40 years old, or gray polybutylene pipe
  • Recurring slab leaks in a 1980s or 90s copper system

Galvanized, polybutylene, and copper.

Older Port St. Lucie neighborhoods have distinct pipe problems. Here's how we handle each.

Galvanized steel1970s and 80s supply lines

Homes in Sandpiper Bay, River Park, and other older PSL areas often still have 1970s and 80s galvanized lines that corrode from the inside. We remove all of it and replace with PEX, usually a dramatic jump in pressure and clarity.

Polybutylene (gray pipe)“PB2110,” installed 1978 to 1995

Gray “PB2110” pipe installed 1978 to 1995 fails without warning, often at fittings, and is common in Torino. It's no longer code-compliant and insurers increasingly won't cover it. Replacement is the right move.

Copper slab-leak rerouteSupply lines moved above the slab

PSL's aging copper is the leading cause of local slab leaks. When a home has had multiple, we reroute all supply lines above the slab through walls and attic in PEX, so future slab leaks are no longer a concern.

How long does whole-home repiping take?

Most Port St. Lucie homes are repiped in 1 to 2 days; larger or more complex homes may take an extra day. We minimize disruption: water is typically off only during active work hours.

Will repiping require cutting into my walls?

Yes: targeted, precise cuts at fixture locations and access points to run new pipe. We patch drywall and restore finishes as part of the scope, or you can arrange a separate drywall contractor. We discuss this clearly before work begins.

What pipe do you use?

PEX (cross-linked polyethylene), the current standard for residential repiping in Florida. It's flexible, corrosion-resistant, tolerant of rare cold snaps, and rated for 50+ years in our water conditions.

Does a repipe need a permit?

Yes. Whole-home repiping is permitted work in Port St. Lucie and St. Lucie County. We pull the permit, do the work, and schedule the city inspection. The record stays with the home and is a selling point for future buyers.
