From a mysterious water bill to a suspicious wet spot, we get to the source fast, for both residential and commercial properties across the Treasure Coast.
Signs of a hidden leak.
- An unexplained jump in your water bill
- The sound of running water when every fixture is off
- Warm or wet spots on floors, walls, or ceilings
- Musty odors or visible mold
- Low water pressure throughout the house
- A soggy area in the yard that never dries out
Every kind of hidden leak.
Under the slab, along a buried line or behind a wall, located without unnecessary digging or demolition.
- Slab leaks
Leaks under your foundation can erode soil and cause settling. We pinpoint them with thermal imaging and acoustic equipment, with no breaking up floors to “look.”
- Underground & water-line leaks
From the meter to the house, buried line leaks waste thousands of gallons. We locate them precisely to minimize excavation and landscape damage.
- Wall & ceiling leaks
Leaks inside walls and ceilings cause mold and rot before you ever see them. Non-invasive methods find them before they become disasters.
Why professional detection matters.
- Save money. Catching a small leak early prevents thousands in water damage and structural repair.
- Protect your property. Hidden leaks damage foundations, walls, and belongings.
- Lower your bills. Even a small leak wastes hundreds of gallons a month.
- Prevent health hazards. Leaks create the damp conditions mold needs to grow.

Leak questions, answered.
Straight answers about finding hidden leaks. If yours isn't here, ask us.
(772) 218-2669How do you find a slab leak without breaking concrete?
Two tools: thermal imaging cameras that read temperature differences on the floor surface (a hot-water line leak shows as a warm spot), and acoustic amplification that listens for the sound signature of pressurized water escaping a pipe. Together they locate the leak to within a few inches before any concrete is touched.
Can a slab leak cause structural damage?
Yes, if left undetected. Water running under the foundation erodes the soil beneath it, which can cause settling and cracking, and mold develops quickly. Early detection is far less expensive than dealing with the consequences.
How long does leak detection take?
A standard assessment for a typical Port St. Lucie home takes 1 to 2 hours. We check the whole system, run pressure tests, and use imaging and acoustic equipment. You'll have a clear report and repair recommendation before we leave.
My water bill went up but I can't find a leak inside. What now?
An invisible bill increase almost always means an underground leak: in the main supply line between the meter and house, an irrigation line, or a line under the slab. We check the full system and can pinpoint the source even when there's no visible water indoors.
